Find recreation in this hotel! It was first mentioned in a document in 1519 and has been our family business since 1815 – unique in Schleswig-Holstein. Today the 2 hectare hotel complex consists of 6 guest houses, which are surrounded by gardens. The Ayurveda-beauty treatment is the best and fastest way to regenerate those suffering from stress. The oldest known healing art from ancient India has already existet for over 3000 years. At the basis of this Ayurvedic science are the socalled Doshas - three principles, which control all the flows of our body and soul. Their names are VATA, PITTA and KAPHA. Translated into words, Ayurveda means science of life, which is also the guiding principle according to which the various Ayurveda-treatments are build up. Opening hours: Daily from 07:00 - 10:00 o'clock and from 15:00 - 20:00 o'clock. Sundays and bank holidays: from 07:30 - 19:00 o'clock. Free use of the sauna: 16:00 - 20:00 o'clock. Sundays and bank holildays: 15:00 - 19:00 o'clock. (During other times of the day, you have to pay with coins). In this place Bodo Lööck was trained to be a cook 25 years ago, and he has been our chef for over 18 years. He is specialised in the refinement of the regional dishes and he received 15 out of 20 points in the most recent edition of the Gault Millau for his culinary creations.
